2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICE

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately or from different fulfillment locations and may therefore arrive at different times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Risk of loss and legal delivery of goods will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

We do not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee the amount of any import-related charge or the time required for customs clearance.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, and the order may instead need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Any specific cancellation period displayed on our website or in our Shipping & Delivery Policy will apply in addition to this section.

These limitations do not affect any mandatory consumer remedies, statutory warranties, product-liability rights, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shenzhen Qiaoetao International Trading Co., Ltd., ZenoviaLiving, and their respective officers, employees, agents, service providers, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from:

These Terms and transactions with Shenzhen Qiaoetao International Trading Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country, state, province, or other place of residence where those rights cannot legally be waived by contract.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@zenovialiving.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the place where Shenzhen Qiaoetao International Trading Co., Ltd. is registered, unless applicable mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

25. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or modify any consumer right, statutory guarantee, remedy, refund right, cancellation right, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived, or modified.
